About Julia
Julia Herbert is a copywriter based in Sydney. She hates writing in the third person and loves adding to her ever-growing collection of hobbies, including taxidermy, candle making, worm farming, pottery, knitting, and creating resin jewellery and homewares.
She is tenacious, curious and fascinated by the frivolous and the serious in equal measure. In a previous life, she worked in health PR and firmly believes that if she can sell stories on nasal congestion to journalists, she can sell almost anything.
Julia loves that great advertising has the power to spark meaningful social change and sell people things they don’t need. She’s looking forward to doing both.

Julia is a smart, weird and wonderful creative. Her ideas are clever, unexpected, and stand apart - they've been living in my head rent free for months and I suspect probably years.

Keep an eye on Julia Herbert. She’s going to do great things. During our time tutoring her she gave us some seriously left of field thinking, which is exactly what I’m looking for in a junior creative. And her energy for coming up with new ideas seems to be infinite.
